Renowned anti-aging doctor initiates major study of DermaLastyl; measuring wrinkles before/after
New York, N.Y. – March 7, 2007 – Matrix Design, Inc./DermaPlus, Inc. announces Dr. Steven Lamm, renowned anti-aging doctor, has initiated a major clinical study of DermaLastyl-Bx Pro/Face skin care cream. Dr. Lamm has engaged 34 subjects to participate in a 12 week profilometry study while using the DermaLastyl wrinkle cream. Each subject’s face wrinkles are measured at the onset, measured again in 6 weeks, and then at 12 weeks.
“We are going to actually calculate the exact reduction in facial wrinkles as they use DermaLastyl-Bx Pro/Face. This profilometry study includes 34 subjects who will use the cream for three months. We will closely monitor them measuring their wrinkles at intervals to test if DermaLastyl replenishes sufficient elastin to significantly slow the onset of wrinkles and facial sagging as claimed. The initial phase Skin Tolerance Study of DermaLastyl that we conducted last year found 96 percent of my study subjects had positive results experiencing a more youthful appearance after six weeks. Now we are going to actually calculate the exact reduction in wrinkles over 12 weeks,” states Dr. Lamm.
Dr. Steven Lamm is an author of several books on health and aging and is known as the 'house doctor' on ABC's "The View”. An internist, he is an Assistant Professor of Medicine at New York University School of Medicine and maintains a private practice in New York City.
